This site (shadrack.customcx.com) is Shadrack Otieno's personal portfolio. This policy covers the little bit of information it collects and how it's used.

Information collected

• Contact form — the name, email, and message you submit are sent via EmailJS directly to my inbox and aren't stored in a database.
• Chat widget — if you start a conversation, your name, email, and messages are sent to my automation workflow to generate a reply and are stored so the conversation can continue across page reloads.
• Standard hosting logs — infrastructure providers like Netlify and Supabase may log routine technical data such as IP address and browser type, as most web hosting does.

How it's used

Solely to reply to your message, operate the chat assistant, and keep the site running. Nothing here is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.

Third parties

Data passes through the services that power this site — Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), EmailJS (contact form delivery), and CustomCX/n8n (chat automation) — each governed by its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can browse the entire site without ever submitting the contact form or chat widget. To request that information you've submitted be deleted, email shadrackmeshack7@gmail.com.
